We are getting thisclose to summer, so I thought I’d take a second and share the things that motivate me to get off the couch and into the gym. They are, in no particular order:
- Absolutely nothing
- because I hate the gym
- it is my personal hell.
JK JK. But really, if I don’t have a solid workout partner, fun music, and a post-workout smoothie as motivation I know I’ll basically die in my bed of obesity and doughnuts.
