The brush comes with two detachable heads, a toothbrush handle, and a charging base. Then the brush itself has five modes: Clean, White, Massage, Gum Care, and Sensitive. I use the Sensitive, White, and Gum care modes the most, but all of them are great!Pro tip: after you apply the toothpaste don't turn the toothbrush on until it's in your mouth, unless you would like to decorate your entire bathroom mirror in toothpaste like I did.
