The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale is upon us, ladies and gentlemen. If you are one of the peasants who didn't receive the golden key of early access (like me) you can rejoice because on Friday it opened to the public. Random Side Story:

As we were leaving Nordstrom Shannen and I were dragged by two women from a Makeup Counter that Shall Not Be Named, and forced against our will into makeovers. I insisted that we were not looking to shop for makeup today, but it fell on deaf ears. Then they separated us, and we were frantically texting various versions of "wtf is happening rn" back and forth until, thirty minutes later, we emerged like the most extra of butterflies. They insisted that we looked so natural as they tried to sell us $50,000 worth of products. They also kept saying, "are you going out tonight? You better be going out." And we were both like, "Yes, we are going to Club Bed. No Cover Charge."

We saw ourselves in the mirror and are you ready to lol at our Natural Look?

Apparently natural is synonymous with Ashen Death Look and Very Club Face. It's hard to tell from the photo, but in person it looks like two caterpillars went to a disco on my eyelids and then died on my eyebrows. There was no consideration for proper blending, and my poor hooded eyes were made to look like one giant shimmer stick. Shannen was told that her lipstick was a subtle nude................ I can't. Also, we felt FINE in our REAL, NATURAL MAKEUP initally, so BYEEEE. She still looks gorgeous, but I digress. This would happen to us. Anyway, how about a giveaway?
