Fall Outfit Ideas: Casual Style for Summer into Fall
Those of you hanging onto summer might get mad at me for this post because *it's not fall yet* but I like being prepared, ok? It is fall in my mind, and the weather is GORGEOUS, so I'm popping in to highlight one of my favorite casual outfits for transitioning from summer into fall.Side note: have you seen this very accurate vid about people who love talking about fall? I die every time.Re: That Video: I hate Pumpkin Spice Lattes, but Steve and I are planning on going to a hayride.
ANYWAY, The Outfit:
The following outfit was borne from the fact that my office is colder than the Deep South Pole, but I think it makes the perfect transition from summer into fall here in the Northeast. You can add close-toed shoes or boots like my current favorites, or a long-sleeve tee (I love this striped one) as the weather gets colder. This sweater is so warm and cozy it's like wearing a blanket from your G-ma, minus the dust and terrible color pattern. Just FYI: it is very light and also runs a little big. Normally I wear a size 10/L in tops and sweaters, but this pink one is a 6 Petite. I've linked everything I'm wearing below the photos.
