DIY Spring Centerpieces Under $30 (or $3 each!)
I love flowers, can you tell? I am decidedly horrible at keeping plants alive, but I really enjoy putting together simple arrangements for our home, and thought I would share how E-A-S-Y this can be for you, too! The arrangements I am featuring today cost me a total of $27 for 9 of them, so that's $3 per centerpiece (math skillz). I use them to decorate around our home, and most recently as centerpieces for our parish fish fry. They could also be used for baby showers, a backyard get-together or even as a gift for a friend.
Gather Supplies
We are fortunate to have a Produce Junction fairly close to us, keeping the cost of these bouquets very low. Check here to see if there is one near you. Total cost of all flowers was $15If you don't have one near by I would check a local florist, flower market, or your own garden for inspiration. The cost per centerpiece may be a little higher, but not by much.I purchased these large wide-mouth mason jars on amazon prime, baby. Under $12.For this bouquet I chose which flowers were in the best shape, looked gorgeous to me, and would match the interior decor of our house. Neutral roses, baby's breath, dusty miller, and what looks like stock lavender (flower pros help??)
Trim Ends to fit Vase or Jar
This will vary depending on the depth of your vase or jar, but I cut each in various lengths and arrange until I get the look I desire.
Display/Use as Centerpiece/Gift
Here is how I displayed the flowers around our home:

These bouquets were from last week's fish fry. Since they hadn't quite bloomed, I was able to reuse them throughout the week. The roses vary only slightly in color, but everything else is the same. And that's all! They are so simple I had to share, and they truly brighten up any space. I am losing my mind in the NJ winter so having bright blooms all around the house helps me remember that spring and summer are just around the corner. SAD is real, y'all. But seriously, why did I ever leave the Florida sunshine? LOL.
